Hello Paul,

No! Thank-you for calling my attention to this, I have since edited the article to “Creating and funding a trust in advance ensures that the courts (and public) will not need to be involved in the distribution of assets after someone passes away.”

I could not imagine a more misleading typo.

Thanks again,
Tim

Creating and funding a trust in advance ensures that the courts (and public) will need to be involved in the distribution of assets after someone passes away.

Is this statement correct?
